Shipments and returns

Shipping:  

Majestic International Corp Pty Ltd makes every effort to ensure your product is carefully packed and shipped in a safe and secure manner. Our courier of choice is Australia Post for orders under 20kgs.  Delivery to P.O Boxes are allowable using the Australia Post option. Our courier of choice for orders over 20kgs is Star Track Express. Please note that Star Track Express cannot deliver to post office boxes. It is important you choose a delivery address in which someone will be able to accept and sign for the delivery. Freight costs are always charged at the higher rate between the actual and cubic weight. All freight costs quoted on our website include all shipping, handling and insurance costs. All our products listed on this website are designed for Internet Sales only; we do not have a pick up options available. Freight rates will be based from the Gold Coast. All freight charges applied include a handling fee within the freight bill.

 

Priority Order:

A Priority Order can only be placed when we are out of stock. The priority Order means that as soon the items comes in that you will have priority over other orders as you have paid for your product. Our warehouse team will give you an approximate delivery date and keep you informed of the progress of that shipment.

 

Returns Policy: 

Majestic International Corp Pty Ltd will offer a 21 day return policy if the product is defective in any manner.

Faulty or Damaged Goods:

Where a product is faulty within the first 21 days after delivery or is already faulty upon delivery Majestic International Corporation will replace or refund the faulty product under the following terms and conditions:

- Reasonable care of the goods must have been taken

- The goods must not be damaged by using them in a way they were not meant to be used

- You must contact Majestic within 21 days of accepting delivery of the product with details of the fault or damage. This can be done by phoning (07) 3102 3575 or emailing returns@majestic-global.com advising if you require a refund or replacement.

- Any faults that occur outside this 21 day period will be handled as per our standard warranty terms and conditions: Warranty Terms & Conditions

 

Refunds and Returns:

In the event that you request a refund or replacement due to the above, you must ensure that the item is in the original packaging, and is in an “as new” condition. When the item is received “as supplied” including all parts and accessories a full refund will be issued in the form the original payment was made, or a replacement will be sent.
